I run Bridge Builder, a marketing shop that fixes the foundation before anyone buys attention, and I co-founded Good Egg Games, an independent studio building games and apps for kids. I live and work in Gilbert, Arizona, and I follow Jesus. This page is the short version of who I am and where to find my work.

Principles

  1. 01

    Foundation before growth

    Website, profile, follow-up, and measurement first. Ads and attention after the base holds weight.

  2. 02

    Steward, not strive

    Nothing I run is really mine. I treat money, time, and people's trust as things I will answer for.

  3. 03

    Peace, not pressure

    If a decision needs urgency or hype to get made, it waits. Jesus never rushed a decision. Neither will I.

  4. 04

    Diligence is worship

    Understand it before committing to it. If I cannot explain how something works, I do not put money or a client's name behind it.

  5. 05

    Own the data

    Clients keep their ad accounts, domains, and records. I set them up, run them as a partner, and hand them back intact.

    Say it plainly

    One idea at a time, in words a busy owner can act on. Decisions explained in a line, then done.

Faith

I follow Jesus. My identity is rooted in Christ, not in the size of an account, the success of a venture, or the speed of a result. I lack nothing in Him.

That is not a line on a page; it is the operating system for how I work. It is why I steward rather than strive, why peace rather than pressure leads my decisions, and why I treat careful work as a form of worship. I would rather build slowly and honestly than quickly and loud.
